Zarroprazole

Indications:

. Short–term treatment of active duodenal ulcer

. Short-term treatment of active benign gastric ulcer

. Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

. Maintenance of healing of erosive esophagitis

. Reduction of risk upper GI bleeding in critically ill patients

Dose :

. Duodenal ulcer: 20 mg once daily for 4 weeks

. Gastric ulcer: 40 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks

. GERD: 20 mg once daily for 4 weeks

. Erosive esophagitis: 20 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks

. Maintain healing of erosive esophagitis: 20 mg once daily for 4 weeks

. Reduction of risk upper gastrointestinal bleeding: 40 mg oral suspension only initially followed by 40 mg 6-8 hrs later daily for 14 days
